Want to support TSE in its efforts?
The people we serve and all of TSE staff
will be greatly appreciative!

At TSE, we’re dedicated to transforming lives through meaningful employment and fostering community connections. Since 1961, we’ve been a driving force behind enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities in the Twin Cities area. By matching the people, we serve to their vocational interests with suitable employment opportunities, as well as connecting them to warm welcoming communities where they get a sense of belonging, we believe we are making an impact for our people in fulfilling their goals and dreams in life.

Community-Based Employment Services

Community-based employment service is tailored for successful job placements, offering individual and work crew models. Additionally, TSE provides center-based production work for those preferring non-community employment. Persons served showcase quality in various tasks like assembly, packaging, digital imaging, mail preparation and much much more.

Community Connections and Enrichment Opportunities

TSE’s commitment goes beyond employment services. Alongside tailored job placements, we aim to integrate individuals into their local communities. We facilitate regular interactions through various activities, such as engaging with the YMCA, volunteering at food shelf centers, exploring museums, utilizing shopping centers, dining at local restaurants, accessing libraries, enjoying coffee shops, and more.
