Community-Based Employment Services
Community-based employment service is tailored for successful job placements, offering individual and work crew models. Persons served showcase quality in various tasks like assembly, packaging, digital imaging, mail preparation and much more.
Community Connections and Enrichment Opportunities
TSE’s commitment goes beyond employment services. Alongside tailored job placements, we aim to integrate individuals into their local communities. We facilitate regular interactions through various activities, such as engaging with the YMCA, volunteering at food shelf centers, exploring museums, utilizing shopping centers, dining at local restaurants, accessing libraries, enjoying coffee shops, and more.

TSE DAY AT THE CAPITOL
At TSE, Inc., we are committed to advocating for the rights and opportunities of people with disabilities. Our visits to the Capitol are a vital part of this mission. We go to the Capitol to ensure that the voices of the individuals we support are heard by policymakers. By engaging directly with legislators, we advocate for fair policies, increased funding, and improved services that empower people with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. Our presence at the Capitol reinforces our dedication to making positive, lasting changes in our community and beyond.
