PARTNERING WITH TSE

For businesses looking to maximize their labor budgets and contribute to the transforming of the lives of people with disabilities.

Are You Maximizing Your Current Labor Dollars?

TSE assists our business partners:

by matching a TSE worker to your job opening, ensuring the person has the skills to do the job.  TSE has a pool of potential employees who  are dedicated, committed and with a broad range of interests and abilities.  They are willing and available to work varied hours and locations as well.

by working with you to re-design job parameters to maximize the time and talents of all your employees.

by helping you manage part-time and temporary duties that can be difficult and/or expensive.

Meeting Your Expectations

After matching the TSE worker to the job, a TSE staff known as an Employment Specialist will learn the responsibilities of the job. They will then work alongside the worker to ensure they learn to complete the job to the employer’s standards.  The Employment Specialist will remain at the jobsite with the worker as long as they need support.  If a worker is able to complete their job independently, the Employment Specialist will systematically fade or reduce the level of support needed. This will be jointly determined with the employer, the worker and TSE.  These  arrangements are a trademark of TSE’s commitment to building a successful relationship between an employer and a worker.  Please refer to the Employer Testimonials link for feedback from current business partners.

Benefits to an Employer

Employees are a company’s most valuable assets and they should be used strategically.  Hiring a TSE worker allows an employer to free its higher paid employees to complete more cost-effective responsibilities.

There is no cost to an employer for TSE’s services aside from the wages to the worker.  When an employer hires a TSE worker, they receive, at no additional cost, the support services of the TSE Employment Specialist.  The role of the Employment Specialist is to ensure that the quality and productivity of the TSE worker meets the employer’s standards.
