TSE, Inc. Employment Services are the answer. Hiring TSE workers can help you to put your employment dollars exactly where you need them. Our workers are available for a wide variety of schedules, from 40 hours per week to 2 hours per day. We can help your business with the more routine tasks, freeing up your more highly paid technical staff to focus on the jobs for which they were hired. TSE staff will work in coordination with you to ensure each worker receives the orientation and ongoing support needed to meet your performance expectations.

Meeting Your Expectations
After matching the TSE worker to the job, a TSE staff known as an Employment Specialist will learn the responsibilities of the job. They will then work alongside the worker to ensure they learn to complete the job to the employer’s standards. The Employment Specialist will remain at the jobsite with the worker as long as they need support. If a worker is able to complete their job independently, the Employment Specialist will systematically fade or reduce the level of support needed. This will be jointly determined with the employer, the worker and TSE. These arrangements are a trademark of TSE’s commitment to building a successful relationship between an employer and a worker. Benefits to an Employer

Employees are a company’s most valuable assets and they should be used strategically. Hiring a TSE worker allows an employer to free its higher paid employees to complete more cost-effective responsibilities.
There is no cost to an employer for TSE’s services aside from the wages to the worker. When an employer hires a TSE worker, they receive, at no additional cost, the support services of the TSE Employment Specialist. The role of the Employment Specialist is to ensure that the quality and productivity of the TSE worker meets the employer’s standards.
